These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and kjok governing your access to and use of our online casino, sports betting, and all associated services available at kjok.org. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

If you are accessing kjok.org on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the full authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. Governing Language
These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which is the governing language of this agreement. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated or localised version of any kjok document, the English version shall prevail in all respects.
Amendments
kjok reserves the right to modify, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of any kjok Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Account Registration & Eligibility
To access the full range of kjok Services, including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- You are a resident of, or are currently located in, Bangladesh.
- You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
- You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on kjok or any affiliated platform.
- You have not previously had a kjok account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- The registration and use of this platform is not prohibited by any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one active kjok account. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. kjok employs active detection methods to identify multi-accounting. In all confirmed cases, kjok reserves the right to immediately close all associated accounts, void any pending winnings, and permanently ban the player from the platform.
Account Information Accuracy
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your kjok account. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, current residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile number (the same number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or other registered payment method). You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. kjok may request documentary verification of any submitted detail at any time.
Age Verification
kjok enforces a strict 18+ age policy across all of its Services. If kjok has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. During a suspension, no deposits, withdrawals, or wagers may be processed. If age verification confirms that the player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned where identifiable, and any winnings generated will be voided. kjok accepts no liability for any inconvenience arising from this process.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your kjok login credentials. kjok will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be treated as authorised by you. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify kjok support immediately at [email protected].
kjok is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Underage gambling is illegal. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be immediately closed and all activity voided, without exception.
Only one active account per player. Duplicate accounts detected through device fingerprinting, payment method matching, or identity cross-referencing will result in permanent bans across all associated accounts.
Never share your password with anyone. kjok support staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. Use a strong, unique password and enable any available two-step verification on your account.
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on kjok are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). kjok does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Currency conversion is neither required nor supported. The following rules govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform.
Deposits
- Minimum single deposit: ৳200
- Maximum single deposit: subject to your selected payment method's daily transaction limits

Withdrawals

- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit (same-source rule)
- Standard processing time: within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad; up to 24 hours for bank transfers
- Identity verification must be complete before any withdrawal request is approved
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated after satisfying the applicable wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal
- kjok reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in a rolling 30-day period
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy
kjok operates in strict compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering principles. Depositing funds with no intention to wager, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the kjok platform as a mechanism to transfer, layer, or integrate funds of illicit origin is absolutely prohibited. kjok reserves the right to freeze account balances, withhold withdrawal processing, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where there are reasonable grounds to suspect financial misconduct. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation to support withdrawal requests above defined thresholds.
Transaction Disputes
If you believe a transaction has been processed incorrectly, you must notify kjok support within 72 hours of the transaction timestamp (BST) by emailing [email protected] with full transaction details. kjok will investigate all legitimate disputes and provide a written response within 5 business days. Chargebacks initiated through a payment provider without first raising a formal dispute with kjok may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which take precedence in the event of any conflict with the general bonus rules set out in this section.
General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are available to players who have fully completed account registration and identity verification.
- Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Duplicate accounts created to re-claim a welcome bonus constitute bonus abuse.
- Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds. When both balances are present, real-money funds are wagered first unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
- Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be transferred to the withdrawable real-money balance.

Sports Betting Rules

- Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the player. Subsequent odds movements do not affect confirmed bets.
- kjok reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a clear pricing error has occurred.
- In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or removed at kjok's discretion at any point during an event.
- If an event is abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled beyond 48 hours from its original start time, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned, subject to specific market rules.
- The maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator is subject to the limits published in the sports betting section of the kjok platform. Winnings exceeding stated limits will be reduced to the applicable maximum.
- Match-fixing or any attempt to profit from information about the manipulation of a sporting event is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant sporting body and authorities.
Minimum and Maximum Wagers
Minimum and maximum wager limits vary by game, betting market, and player VIP tier. Limits are displayed within each game or market. kjok reserves the right to adjust individual player wager limits at its discretion, including in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected.

Responsible Gaming

Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
kjok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms & Conditions or where such action is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform, the interests of other players, or compliance with applicable legal obligations.
Grounds for Suspension or Closure by kjok
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the one-account rule, age eligibility requirements, or prohibited conduct restrictions.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment credentials.
- Suspected or confirmed money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any activity that raises AML concerns.
- Chargebacks initiated through a payment provider without prior dispute resolution through kjok support.
- Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or any kjok loyalty reward mechanism.
- Use of automated software, bots, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage.
- Collusion with other players or any form of match manipulation.
- A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account restriction or closure.
Effect of Account Closure
Upon permanent closure of an account by kjok for breach of these Terms & Conditions, all bonus balances and any winnings generated through prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real-money balances that were deposited legitimately and are not subject to forfeiture due to fraudulent deposit methods will be returned to the original payment source after completion of any required investigations, which may take up to 30 days.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players may request voluntary closure of their kjok account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, kjok will process any pending withdrawal of the real-money balance to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all verification requirements have been satisfied. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure. A voluntarily closed account may be reopened upon written request to [email protected], subject to re-verification of identity and confirmation that the player continues to meet all eligibility requirements.
Data Retention Following Closure
Following account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by kjok — player data will be retained for a minimum period of 5 years in accordance with kjok's Privacy Policy and applicable record-keeping obligations. General Provisions
Miscellaneous Legal Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the player and kjok. They supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.
Limitation of Liability
kjok's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the Services shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the date of the claim. kjok is not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit claims.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Any failure by kjok to enforce a right or remedy under these Terms & Conditions at any time shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or remedy, nor shall it prevent kjok from subsequently enforcing that right or remedy in full.
Third-Party Rights
These Terms & Conditions do not confer any rights on third parties. Only the registered account holder and kjok are parties to this agreement. Game providers, payment processors, and other service partners operate under separate contractual arrangements with kjok.
Notices
All formal notices from players to kjok must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Notices from kjok to players will be delivered to the email address registered on the player's account. It is the player's responsibility to keep their registered email address current and accessible.
