kjok Terms & Conditions

By accessing kjok.org, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the kjok platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with kjok's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. These documents collectively form the complete agreement between you and kjok with respect to the use of the Services.

If you are accessing kjok.org on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the full authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the kjok platform and close any account you have opened.

Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which is the governing language of this agreement. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated or localised version of any kjok document, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

Amendments

kjok reserves the right to modify, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kjok will notify registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent on-platform notification displayed upon next login. The effective date of the revised terms will be updated at the top of this page. Your continued use of any kjok Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 8 below.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. kjok accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to read updated terms following notification.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

kjok operates in strict compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering principles. Depositing funds with no intention to wager, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the kjok platform as a mechanism to transfer, layer, or integrate funds of illicit origin is absolutely prohibited. kjok reserves the right to freeze account balances, withhold withdrawal processing, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where there are reasonable grounds to suspect financial misconduct. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation to support withdrawal requests above defined thresholds.

Transaction Disputes

If you believe a transaction has been processed incorrectly, you must notify kjok support within 72 hours of the transaction timestamp (BST) by emailing [email protected] with full transaction details. kjok will investigate all legitimate disputes and provide a written response within 5 business days. Chargebacks initiated through a payment provider without first raising a formal dispute with kjok may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

kjok offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and loyalty rewards to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which take precedence in the event of any conflict with the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to players who have fully completed account registration and identity verification.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Duplicate accounts created to re-claim a welcome bonus constitute bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds. When both balances are present, real-money funds are wagered first unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be transferred to the withdrawable real-money balance.
• Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement on kjok bonuses is 30× the bonus amount.

• kjok reserves the right to cap the maximum winnings that may be converted from bonus balance to real-money balance for any individual promotional offer.

• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to professional bonus hunting, arbitrage wagering, or systematically exploiting low-edge games to meet wagering requirements, will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account termination.

kjok runs seasonal promotional campaigns tied to major events in the Bangladeshi calendar, including BPL cricket season, IPL, T20 World Cup fixtures involving Bangladesh, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day on 16 December. Specific terms for seasonal promotions — including prize pools, eligibility criteria, opt-in requirements, and qualifying periods — are published on the kjok platform in advance of each event. Standard bonus rules apply unless the seasonal promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

VIP Programme

The kjok VIP loyalty programme rewards players with tier points for every eligible wager placed. Accumulated points determine a player's VIP tier. Higher tiers unlock benefits including enhanced withdrawal limits, priority processing, exclusive promotional offers, and dedicated account manager access for Platinum and Diamond tier members. Each game and betting product is governed by the rules of the respective provider in addition to the general rules set out in this section.

Game Integrity

All casino games available on kjok use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Published RTP percentages reflect the theoretical long-term return of each game under normal operating conditions. Short-term results will naturally deviate from the published RTP. kjok does not manipulate game outcomes and will never adjust a game's behaviour in favour of the house beyond the published house edge. Players who identify a technical malfunction during a game session must cease play and report the issue to [email protected] immediately.

Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game, software, or connectivity malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round, kjok reserves the right to void that round and return any wager to the player's balance. No claim for winnings may arise from a game round that has been voided due to a malfunction. kjok accepts no liability for losses resulting from interrupted or failed network connections on the player's side.

Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on kjok are subject to the specific market rules published alongside each event. Key principles governing sports betting on the kjok platform include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the player. Subsequent odds movements do not affect confirmed bets.
• kjok reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a clear pricing error has occurred.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or removed at kjok's discretion at any point during an event.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled beyond 48 hours from its original start time, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned, subject to specific market rules.
• The maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator is subject to the limits published in the sports betting section of the kjok platform. Winnings exceeding stated limits will be reduced to the applicable maximum.
• Match-fixing or any attempt to profit from information about the manipulation of a sporting event is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant sporting body and authorities.

Minimum and Maximum Wagers

Minimum and maximum wager limits vary by game, betting market, and player VIP tier. Limits are displayed within each game or market. kjok reserves the right to adjust individual player wager limits at its discretion, including in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected.

kjok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms & Conditions or where such action is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform, the interests of other players, or compliance with applicable legal obligations.

Grounds for Suspension or Closure by kjok

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the one-account rule, age eligibility requirements, or prohibited conduct restrictions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment credentials.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any activity that raises AML concerns.
• Chargebacks initiated through a payment provider without prior dispute resolution through kjok support.
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or any kjok loyalty reward mechanism.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players or any form of match manipulation.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account restriction or closure.

Effect of Account Closure

Upon permanent closure of an account by kjok for breach of these Terms & Conditions, all bonus balances and any winnings generated through prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real-money balances that were deposited legitimately and are not subject to forfeiture due to fraudulent deposit methods will be returned to the original payment source after completion of any required investigations, which may take up to 30 days.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary closure of their kjok account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, kjok will process any pending withdrawal of the real-money balance to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all verification requirements have been satisfied. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure. A voluntarily closed account may be reopened upon written request to [email protected], subject to re-verification of identity and confirmation that the player continues to meet all eligibility requirements.

Data Retention Following Closure

Following account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by kjok — player data will be retained for a minimum period of 5 years in accordance with kjok's Privacy Policy and applicable record-keeping obligations.
